    They are doing the recordings by going in advance on the guide, then hitting select, just keep hitting select to get back. I've had 2 customers show me what they were doing

    Not in the settings but it's very hard to accidentally record anything unless you left them with the 20 Seroies VIP Remotes

    Yeah, no problem. This is newer than the update that reportedly gave people issues with booting up. Truth is, Windows only exists on an NVMe Drive for anything that only works on Windows. Mostly, I'm on Arch Linux.
