I too have had problems powering up with 263 and 264. About 10-15 clicks before the 811 will turn on.

Yes, the same problem with the second. I am suprised others haven't noticed it. It is much more annoying than some of the other inconveniences.

I have dark output through DVI as well. Not as bad as s-vid, but still very dark.

I could not receive tonight's NBA TV game on the HDevents channel, Spurs and Jazz, so I gave tech support a third shot. This time the tech informs me I cannot pick up the NBA TV HD feed because I do not have a second dish. :( They do not know when they will move these games to the 110 location.
