Called to get 2 Hopper's and no Joey's, I was told all hoppers must have joeys. The best they could do was 2 hoppers and 2 joeys. After 1 1/2 hr of checking that was the best they could do.

My 942 freezes and reboots after it records a NBC ota program. On monday night it kept rebooting til I changed the channel. The max temp is 110, and I am using a UPS. The NBC channel is WCMH 004.1 in columbus, OH. My 622 seems be ok with this channel.

My 622 was installed on 2/21 only to have the UHF remote not work. After an hour on the phone of trouble shooting, they said they would send me a new one. UPS came today. I opened it up, and there was a 721 in the box. Called Dish back and they will try to get a replacement 622 next week.

622 installed today. The 622 UHF remote will Change the address code but thats all. I was on the phone for an hour, we tried everthing even the 942 UHF remote, no luck There sending a replacement 622.

I can't see getting a $200 credit for a $700 reciver, so I will keep my 942, for OTA, SD and pocketDish. Sell my 508 & 721. Use that money to lease the 622 and get the D1000 upgade. What are your upgade plans ?

I can't seem to get just Dish posts, in the options menu. I can block all the posts above or below but not both. The CONTROL key does not work, so I am using the shift key. Mac 10.3.9 safari 1.3.1.
