    DVR not viewable on other STB

    :( There's a known issue with the HMO DVR and viewing SD recordings on other STBs. When I called to report the problem on Friday, the CSR informed me that there's a fix in place and is being tested in VA. :eureka So if you experience this problem please call tech support.

    Swap Feature

    :confused: In the manual there's a mention of watching 2 programs by swapping from one to the other by using the "SWAP" button on the remote. I have not found it! This is one feature I'll certainly miss during football season. Does anyone know how to use this feature with FiOS? TIA Pete
