I seem to get signal loss during every rain. Most of my signals are in the upper 80's-90's but a few are in the low 70's and 60's. I lose local channels first (Columbus, OH). I don't know what Sat my locals come from. Is it normal to lose the signal or is it due to my low numbers?

I went back to cable because my wife could not stand the dropouts on our local channels. I received the boxes to send back the receivers. It says I need to send back teh switch and LNBF. Is this mandatory as I have no way of getting on the roof to take them off?

I subscribed through ATT and can not use Dish Networks online account management system and have to make all changes to programming and order PPV over the phone. Will ATT customers be able to use the Dish Online services to schedule recordings when this becomes available.
