this truly saddens me :(

So I currently have a 625 receiver but will be upgrading to an HD Dual DVR once the promotio begins in Feb. I want to transfer all of my DVR events over to the new DVR. I have an external HDD that I can plug into the 625. What do I do from this piont to get the files saved over to my HDD...
