    Schedule fine Wednesday now showing wrong start times

    Hi... I subscribed to FOX SOCCER PLUS for the rugby.... There is an event scheduled for Friday and Saturday.... Its listed as NRL Rugby.... Yesterday, Wednesday, it showed the correct start time for Friday (6PM, EST) and Saturday (3PM, EST) and I had set my DVR. I wanted to double check...

    Some Channels Down

    This morning....In the suburban Chicago area I noticed that some channels are down.... This is an impartial list....But it includes... 240 HSN 602 TVG 621 Fox Sports Plus Among others....But most are up and working fine..... Anyone else notice some channels not working this morning...

    Getting 771 message, but able to see Locals

    In Chicago area....and as you know had quite the sleet storm. Had no problems, until 30 mins ago when signal dropped and I got a 771 message.... However, still receiving my locals..... Any ideas? Thanks.....

    Horrible Tech Support

    Called tech support this morning.... I was at least receiving SD channels and had access to DVR.... Now tech has left me with no access and the worse part is the best date for a call is Dec 7th... Can anyone offer any suggestions to maybe get a tech in quicker? Or at least get back to...
