Called tech support this morning....
I was at least receiving SD channels and had access to DVR....
Now tech has left me with no access and the worse part is the best date for a call is Dec 7th...

Can anyone offer any suggestions to maybe get a tech in quicker?

Or at least get back to receiving the feed in SD and have access to HD DVR...

Are you saying the csr took away your dvr service? Was there a reason? What equipment do you have?
 
It's been a week since Gottrocks posted. I wonder what happened?
