Hi...

I subscribed to FOX SOCCER PLUS for the rugby....

There is an event scheduled for Friday and Saturday....
Its listed as NRL Rugby....
Yesterday, Wednesday, it showed the correct start time for Friday (6PM, EST) and Saturday (3PM, EST) and I had set my DVR.
I wanted to double check something and I noticed it had disappeared and after looking at the guide I see the times had changed....Which are wrong....

I didnt reboot or touch any settings....Since, as I mentioned, it was correct as of Wednesday evening.

I have a HR44-500

Any help ...or suggestion....would be appreciated....

Have you verified that the times have not indeed changed ?

Yes, I have....
At the event website...
And discovered the on- line guide at directv.com shows the correct time....
Yet, I rebooted the box....and it still shows incorrect time...
And this is the only channel that is incorrect....

Could you check on your box?
It's Fox Soccer Plus....
Channel 621/ 621-1 Start time would be 6:00PM, EST....Of course adjust for your time zone....

Thanks!

My HR44-500 shows the times as 7:30 PM today and 6:30 PM tomorrow.
BTW, 621 is SD, 621-1 is HD.

Thanks....Now I know It's not related to my equipment, as those times are incorrect.

Very frustrating since on Wednesday, when I set my DVR, the times were correct....:oldmad

If you want, you can go in and set the times that you want manually, this way you at least know you'll get it one way or the other.

LOL....Now, it's showing the correct time for today, day one of the event.
Hopefully, this means it will eventually have the correct time for day 2, on Saturday.

Thanks for the assistance.

This isn't a Pay per View type of thing is it ?
Or a Seasonal subscription like the ST ...
With the ST, channel info often times doesn't show up till the last minute, particularly at the start of the season.
