Just noticed my HR21-100 received new SW 0x59e on 6 Feb. Has anyone received a SW for H21-100? Also has anyone yet been able to use the text feature for ordering a movie? I.E. Text to 223322 the word MOVIE and it's supposed to prompt you to buy a Cinema movie. I still get the response Call...

As anyone been successful with this? I've tried every which way to get it to work. Keeps responding to the text with the 531-3000 number to call. I have tried putting in just the channel , just the movie name itself, nothing is accepted.

syncing up with the audio. NBC news right now is out of whack.

This is not real bad but something you do notice. Again , seems to be on the damn Fox station and NBC in DC area. Seems like more issues with local channels vs all other stations.

Are there certain times of the day you can only force firmware to download. I'm trying now 0920 in Virginia. Typing 02468 and nothing happening.

Anybody else having issues with just these two channels? Right now you can't even watch Fox 5 it's breaking up so bad. Both HD and SD.

Audio stuttering coming back, also happening on Dish. Anyone else ?

Anybody else ......every 2-4 minutes for the last 10 days, I'm going nuts ! Friends and others are also seeing it, just wondering if any of you all have? Tonight, You just cant watch it , it's happening so frequently.

Anyone having audio stuttering every 3-4 mins? Also pix elation ......especially on channel 9, WUSA. This all started after that 4 hour outage day before yesterday. hr21/100 h20/100

release that listed Tuner 2 low signal level readings HR21-100 only It's listed under improved /updated , does that mean if you had the issue it should be fixed or corrected now. My tuner2 is still lower than tuner1 on all satelites.

I just did a signal check and Tuner 2 is lower on all satellites. Is there a reason for this? Thanks in advance. HR21-100

This release forced me to go back to the national. I was getting searching for satellite 771 in and signal strength on all transponders went into the 70's. When I went back to last national release all issues cleared up.Signals back in to the 80's / 90's now. h21-100

Let's say I live in Charlottesville Virginia, forget about the rules, technically speaking......, would it be possible to pick up Bristol Conn area Locals, or is there some kind of satellite/transponder type limitations.

1) What satellite and transponder handles the Washington DC local channels? 2) What does the C and S stand for after the 99 and 103 Satellites?

DTV just called and said I was receiving both 99c and 99s signal and it was confusing my receiver. make sense?

all my locals 4,5,7,9 in DC are showing a blank white screen....

On the HD channel 5, every 2 secs I'm getting this buzz type interrupt noise. When I tried the SD channel 5, no issues at all......and no other problems on any HD local channel. It's just so irritating:)

Anyone else having this issue. Only seems to be happening on FOX channel 5?
