    This is more informational than anything. But I have my Comcast service in. The DCX-3400 is a nice, fast DVR with a lot of capacity. The Comcast i-guide is *lame* though as it's not in HD. It looks like the old Dish DVR guides before they went HD. But it is functional. Definitely a +1...

    You must be thinking of the Motorola DCT-3216. That's the older DVR with 160GB HDD only capable of ~20 hours. The DCX-3400M is the MPEG-4 capable one that does multi room and has a 500GB HDD (more than my Dish 612), which can do as much as 60hours of MPEG2 HD.

    Here in MI where I live, RTN was 7.2 OTA and they have the same screen up. Too bad since it was fun watching programming from when I was a kid (assuming it's really gone). However (and off topic), maybe that bandwidth can go back to ABC's main OTA feed now. :-)

    Funny thing last night. the audio stuttering was happening on Little People, but it stopped during John and Kate +8...Just odd. I wish they'd fix it since I watch a lot of the DSC networks.

    Trouble receiving 129 with a Dish 1000.2

    I was having serious 129 issues with a 1000.2 also. Ended up going back to a D500 with a D300 pointing at 61.5. Took care of everything. If you can't get a look at 61.5, what about a separate 24" or so dish pointing to 129 and a D500 for 110/119?

    I found a way around this awhile ago during a storm that caused rain fade, works fine on 211's at least. Go into the menu, then the program guide, scroll to your OTA channels and voila.
