I concur with that, when I had my 622 the OTA channels took up way more space than the corresponding satellite delivered channel.

Well, he has to imply that there is "a problem" with the receiver so the tech can swap it out. Dish will NOT setup up a DIU for a 622-722 swap out, the only 2 ways to get it done is to buy it or have it replaced on a service call.
