I've been told that on 99 and 103, you should be in the 85+ range. I'm all over the place on 103:
87, 77, 83, 74, 85, 73, 82, 72,
87, 74, 84, 72, 89, 80
As you can see most are around 85+ but 6 are not. Is this acceptable? I've had D* out here 3 times recently, and the dish was "peaked"...
