Thanks everyone for saving me countless hours talking to Harmony support about why DVR isn't listed. On the Harmony one, you can rename it to "DVR" if you so choose. The colored buttons (red, yellow, etc.) have a big ball icon for each color. A nice surprise.

Etherenet at the Joey's wasn't shipped working. You need ethernet at the Hopper. That being said, per Scott, they are working on DLNA on hoppers with direct connections. My LG BD 670 can play my stuff now so I won't use the Hopper for playing videos, it's just a nice to have.

I tested OnDemand on Saturday (installed on Thursday) and didn't have any issues. I didn't try BlockBuster.

Personally I would do it yourself before they get there. It took me 8 hours to archive/transfer 50 recordings to my EHD. I set mine up right before I went to bed and woke up and it was done. Instructions are super easy and are located here.

Confirmed. Tried it last night and the hard drive was treated like it wasn't even there when I went to the Hopper's transfer recordings feature. I just transferred a bunch of shows from my 622 to the Hopper so I know that the feature works.

Anyone got DLNA (home media) working on the hopper yet? I am using Serviio for DLNA broadcasting and my LG BD670 picks up my media files no problem. But the Hopper doesn't see any DLNA devices. I've also used Device Spy to look for DLNA or uPNP devices and it does not list the Hopper at all...
