I just went to update the software from perfect 10 on my birdog meter and noticed software for only the 101 KA/KU and 119 KA/KU. There used to be a 101 and 119 without the KA/KU. Do I still use these satellites to tune Non HD Dishes? Just getting back into doing installations so any help on...

I have a birdog Version 2.5 and I went to download new software and the dog went and died. Battery is fine, holding a charge, charging unit is fine, charging battery. The dog will not start up. Has anyone had this problem. Has It been disabled? Any ideas.
