You prob already tried this...usually 1st step...but usually a good fix... simultaneous unplug (power) of modem & router for about 10-15 seconds. Plug them back in at the same time - let them boot up together.

Question - if everyone can use the download to PC thing....for dtv thats been recorded on their dvr...y are we getting more receivers when the majority of flat screens have a monitor hookup and we can stream it from the laptop to the flat screen? Seeing that my set up isnt even hooked up...
