Yeah, that happened to mine a little less than a year ago and that means it is done for. I called tech support and everything they had me try didn't work. I had to get it replaced.

This is getting rather ridiculous. What is the point of even offering these HD only packages if you aren't even going to throw the new HD channels in them? Luckily, I have all the stuff I need in TurboHD Silver, but I feel bad for other people who wanted them.
