Just wanted to say thanks, that was the problem and an easy fix

I have the beer can style . The reciever was used on a singe lnb (before now), which i have in front of me and it looks like the quad but with one white cap. So my reciever needs to be remapped??

not sure, I assume thats free to air, but i pay for this service, just dont like being on hold for 1gr with startchoice, i will put it there and see if anyone can help tho.
