Had the same problem with a sony LCD TV. It would work during the day but not after the sun went down. If I aimed a flashlight at the 722K it would work. The UHF remote was the only way I could get it to work after dark. Dish sent me the UHF remote no charge.

Dish 1000.2 110W 119W and 129W

When I am out with my travel trailer I am considering using an inverted dish. This will give me a low profile plus less problems from the wind. My question is do I need to reverse the connections to the outboard LMB's or will a check switch take care of the reversal or does it matter?

I would highly recommend running PVC conduit. It will not cost you that much and if in the future you have a cable problem it is easy to replace. Also with time a rocks may damage the coax. Run a conduit twice the diameter than what you will need.

When I go from Dish channel 239 to 342 there is a very large difference in volume level. If the volume is comfortable on 239 it will almost blow my speakers when I go to 342. :rant: Has any one else had this problem?
