    yes the dishes have to be put together but there is a factory preset on the tilt, in my area the tilt is 60, sometimes putting the tilt right at 60 will not get you the right numbers u need to pass IV ( installation verification), adjusting the tilt to just a little bit can bring your numbers...

    i would check the fitting behind and in front of the wallplate and make sure u dont have RG-59 behind that wall plate if u cant tell the copper would be really thin and easy to bend, or compare wires if its thin its RG-59, if that the case the lines need to be replaced if not u could try forcing...

    most likely ur dish needs to be some dithering. make sure your mount is level and plum and there are monopole supporting the dish, if its just one receiver not acquiring the 99 and 103, check and make sure u dont have rg59 behind ur wallplate, rg-59 will not pass HD signal. also check your...
