My 211K still chugging along, kind of surprised really. Once it starts faltering we might not replace it. Lifestyle and budget considerations, &c.

I'm out of contract, have an EHD, and have paused once (maybe twice? I forget) and have returned, no trouble. IIRC, you can even access your EHD content while in pause. Useful alternative to have.

Heh, That's essentialy what happened after I moved the furniture to "inspect" the cabling.

regarding the Welcome Pack, we just noticed they removed the several music channels that had previously been included. -side not (maybe not coincidental) we had to hard reset our Dish equipment last night because our DVR function stopped (211k w/ attached EHD)

A little surprised they haven't listed Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo, Hmm..

Ting customer here with X3 sim (T-mo) hopefully they won't require us to switch to ATT---T-mo coverage is solid here in my area, not sure that ATT would be an improvement.
