    When he says back charged he doesn't mean as a subscriber. He means as a retailer they will "back-charge" you for a job meaning not pay you for the work that you completed.

    That's how dish gets you. They actually do pay pretty good I mean you can easily make 50k a year. And without a degree of some kind it's really hard to find anything comparable in this economy. So as others have said I love the job but utterly hate the company.

    I work RSP. which is almost the same as inhouse. We drive the same vans wear the same uniforms use the same tablets and are subject to the same rules.

    It's funny all the people taking up for dish don't actually work there. And yeah mandatory holidays is not really the problem. Working a holiday with no additional pay or incentive to work is the problem. And like I said before ask what is involved in a trouble call.

    Same here. I'm a tech and very rarely do I see issues with 722s. Now 311s an 322s I'm swapping out all the time but not 722s.
