Running HR21-200 I have been doing this for over 2 years and never had a problem but for some reason, tonight it just says it is searching for new software for about 10 minutes and then just boots up with 06D8. Suggestions are appreciated. ?Thanks in advance.

Hard reset and still no luck. Sent report to DirecTV and called and they had it back up and working in under 5 mins. Thanks royrdsjr.

I have the HR21/700 receiver and after tonights download, I get an error saying, "You've inserted the wrong card. (764)" on my screen. Anyone know what I should do? I have never taken the original card out of the receiver. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

I downloaded the 0619 and now it says "You've inserted the wrong card. (764)" Anyone else having this problem? I have never changed my card since I got the receiver. I have the HR21/700. Should I try the d/l again?

Hi all, new guy here. Few questions/comments I did the d/l last night and I love the new guide. The Pandora is cool, the whole thing looks sweet and no problems here so far. The only thing that seems to be a step back IMO is the lack of the movie cover in the guide and/or in the info and also...
