Did and upconvert of the VOOM Comercial Today Its funny the tape came back to me today on a BetaSP and i had to up convert it to HD one 16x9 and the other pillarbox. And it didnt look that great...i was wondering why the upconvert but i was told that they cant find the HD master and the dubs...

Yeah he did say it would would be an additional charge but i would think they would be able to get a ladder and that i would not have to wait a week for them to come back.

I will try to make this short...I had an install for the the 22nd. The installers came to the house and after about two minutes they said they cant do the install becuase they need a 40ft ladder(and we told them it was a 3 storie house when ordering from Voom) he said it was not on his work...
