Update: I did some searching through the forum and the other forum. Alot of talk about disconnected deca and ethernet. I disconnected ethernet from the genie which was the only connection and all of a sudden the 2 c41 are working. Why would that cause an issue ?

Well I moved it to a spot I thought would be better LOS 103 now lower and 99 now a bit higher. The fall when the leaves clear will tell the tale. If in the fall I can't peak it any better than we will get a new dish.
