It however has cured me of my tv addiction. I don't watch much tv any more. I recently called Dish and downgraded from the 250 package to the 120. I may even go down to the Smart Pack. I told the rep I was down grading because of the Hopper and it's lack of organization...he was not...

I had several nights recordings built up and finally had time to catch up yesterday...and everything (EVERYTHING !!!) is gone!!! I am so discouraged with this Hopper thing.

If I set up PTAT, it will record in hd? But not take up any room on my dvr? I can save a program for more than 8 days? Does it then take up room/hours on my dvr? I tend to save entire seasons of programs I like, and rewatch them...and hd takes up a lot room... I am wondering if I should set...

When I press the red button, I get TV Viewing Status screen. It shows all my tv's...and let's me "join" a program?? Can some one please explain the purpose of this screen? Can I join any program even if it's not the tv I am watching? And Can I set a preference for which tv records first...

Found out that I can only have five folders....and it wasn't something I was doing wrong. Found out that the limits on my timers was more about how many events I had rather than the number of timers. Every time I ran into a problem...I came here and did a search...and it was SO helpful...
