I turned the tv off at night and in the morning tried to turn it back on and the screen is blue with no signal. When I unplug the box VIP211 K it doesn't get fuzzy or anything. Tried turning off the box and unplugging the box and nothing changes. It was working perfectly last night. Any ideas??

I have satellite 110 locked in and when I put it on 119 the strength is great but it is red and says wrong satellite. I ran the switch check and it keeps only picking up the 110. Help what should I do to get 119.

I have a RV in Erie, PA and have aVIP211K HD Solo receiver. We have a Dish 500 Satellite. Both of the satellites...110 and 119 are getting very good strength....at least 65. but we are only picking up the lower channels. The channels on the 119 I think are the ones that we are not receiving...
