Yes there is a Joey, it is lightly used so yes it is in standby. It reboots itself nightly about 1AM which effectively puts it in standby regardless. It is at version S397.

There is a bug, resume does not show up in the popup menu unless you are in Folders-By-Title. It will work by pressing 'play' in all cases.

It is normally on custom folders. I just checked with folder by title and the resume option does appear in that mode. Also checked the hopper (HWS S315) problem appears there too. Don't normally use the folders on the Hopper so never noticed it there. So another bug with folders I suppose.

I have 119 and 129, no 110 (it's behind a mountain). I see that the SD version is on 110, but I also see HD versions on both 129 (in a conus TP) and on 119 TP 03 and 05. Why is it uplinked to 119 but not available?

For HD you need 129. You can live without 110, but not without 119/129.

So this storm is causing signal loss everywhere? I was just seeing almost total loss on 119 except for TP 2 (spot) and 129 was also out completely. Appears to be OK now. Local (Alaska) weather is perfectly clear.

Sometimes the guide data does not have things marked as "New" when they should be. When this occurs and your timer is set as "Only New" then the event will be skipped.

What also appears to work is pause your current (skipping) tuner. Open PIP, change the channel, then swap back and resume your paused tuner, close PIP. That also usually solves the audio problem. It isn't a hardware problem, in my case it didn't start until S311. It is also never limited to a...
