Is there anyone that is also having their HS17 (Genie tower) locking up on them? The past month the clients don’t respond to any remote commands. I reset the clients and they do not connect until after I reset the HS17. Then I am good for a week or two then I have to do it all over again.

Has anybody had DirecTV install a dish into a concrete pad? The pad is 2ft by 2ft on the side of my house. I am just trying to keep the dish off my house. Yes there is a great line of sight to the satellites. Is this part of the “standard install”? Thanks in advance for your responses.

I was doing some reading regarding the HS-17 and it reads that no other receivers can be on the account. Is that a HS-17 limitation issue or a new DirecTv policy now? Could I add another dish to my house to have other receivers on my account?

How long of a contract did you have to commit to so you could get that deal?
