Turning off Dolby audio in the sound settings of the Hopper 3 does fix this, but to HipKat's point - is this a known bug of the system I need to learn to live with or is the receiver in need of replacement? Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion, however, my Options menu does not have those options. I looked through the whole settings menu and could find an option for unsubscribed/subscribed toggle.

Thanks for the response, Charles. The lip sync issue seemed to have corrected itself (may have just been a coincidence it started after the update). However, the Guide display still jumps to 9681 when on Ch 106 and selecting Guide. Weird.

Perhaps, but streaming just isn't a viable option for tens of thousands of households that don't have quality high speed internet simply because it doesn't exist where they live. One of the primary reasons satellite service is still an important option for the market.

Same issue here on Joey's (connected to a hopper 3 with a single tuner USB OTA dongle) since the latest software update received on 8/30. This was an issue when the Hopper 3 first came out and took about 6 months before it was fixed. It is now back. One step forward two steps back.
