I have a have H3 with 3 Joyce's, for the past few days I have found the H3 disconnecting from all the Joyce's. The fix has been to reset the H3 and then they will all reconnect. H3 firmware is u525 and Joey is U295. Any suggesting will help. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Just today went to the on demand icon in the main menu and the only thing that shows up is what's in the rental folder. If i do a search it show the stuff that's available on demand and allows me to download. Don't understand why I can see it from the search menu but not through the on demand...

I went to "my account" icon on the super joey and it said it wasn't available due to no broadband connection. I went on the super joey and it shows no broadband connection but when I go to the hopper it shows the broadband connection. It also shows good Moca . Any ideas?
