    I’m using wi-fi wireless connection that’s how the technician set it up. So if they connect via Ethernet the problem should go away

    So are you guys saying you do not have an issue using the internet and having your 4K . your on-demand is working without a problem. I need to get the technician back out here if that’s the case

    Since I got the Hr54 genie almost a year and half ago, my on demand has not worked when I am hooked up to the internet. I was told over a year ago that the Directv engineers are aware of the issue and they were working to fix it. First of all, am I the only one experiencing this problem...
