In the past few days I have noticed a blue "we are experiencing technical difficulities-this is not your problem" screen come on every so often. Considering the other issues I wonder if the yellow screen is something different. I began noticing all these problems after the software upgrade...

I noticed this tonight on the National Geographic Channel. Audio is fine, but the picture would "block pixulate" for a second or so. I have been watching Sci-Fi, and it is not happening there. I am not using HDMI, I am going composite.

I am beginning to think it has something to do with the software upgrade. What bothers me is a few people have contacted Dish, and the CSR's seem not to have any record that multiple people are having the same problem. They keep telling me I am a valued customer....just not feeling it.:)

Just called Dish, CSR created a technical report. Said she has not heard of any problems with the locals.

Any possibility that the new software upgrade would be the cause of the HD locals out of New York to freeze? The problem was not happening before the upgrade. A few people seem to be having the same problem, and it seems to be getting worse. Thanks, Gary
