If I understand you correctly , you need two wires running from the dish to the receiver because it is a 522 Dual Turner. Now if you just want to see what's on TV 1 then a diplexer would work but will not be able to view a different Channel.

Just a quick note , But if a customer wants two lines at one location the installer can charge. Voom or Installs Inc Only pays for one line. Now if it is at another location with another receiver than I can understand why a customer would be upset.
