    I have a leased 811 reciever for a year and would like to upgrade to 942 dvr. Is there a way to upgrade with dish .Brighthouse is offering a free hd dvr and half off of entire programing for a year if I swap from dish to cable.

    I am new so be kind. I would like to install preamp or amp for my ota signals for hd. I have super dish and 811 reciever. What I need is proper install.What is the difference between pre amp and amp. Thank you all

    811- ota

    I ,m trying to add analog station back to my list of channels, but the signal is not any good. I am using outside antenna and have always had a decent picture.Is this a problem with 811 reciever or a setting I'm missing.

    Is there a universal remote that will take the place of my old one.

    old remote

    I have an old c-ban system that is working great.I need to know if possible to find a new remote control for it.The remote is infared and has home direct satellite television written on it.Also says HDtv logo.It is not hd capable .This unit goes back to 1995.Thanks to all.
