new remote

Is there a universal remote that will take the place of my old one.

I'm wondering the same. I think many of the c-band ones are RF though.

Good News!

I found a CHEAP universal remote that supports a bunch of our older recivers. This is the only one I could find that specifically said it would work with HTS receivers. I tried the HTS code and of course it didn't work.

I did the code search and able fell out of my chair when the remote powered off the unit. I'm in the menus now

The BEST part - it cost me $4.90 + tax! It was marked $9.90 (still cheap!) but rang up for $4.90. the web site has it for $4.90 :

On my reciever I seem to be lacking (or just haven't figured out how to input) the cancel button or left and right buttons. I just found 'select' - it's 'Prev' on this remote.

I can power on and change channels - I'm happy.
