I had this exact same problem. It turned out to be a bad AT9 dish, they replaced it and everything has been perfect since.

Ch. 96 Gone Mt. Juliet, TN zip 37122. I'm not getting FSS HD, ch. 96 is gone from my H-20 receiver and will not come back. I have to add ch. 95 to my favorites everyday, it vanishes overnight. No Braves in HD for me yet.

acovington You need to call D* and tell them you want to upgrade to the H20 receiver and the AT9 5 lnb dish. These are required if you want to get the Nashville locals in HD. You should be able to upgrade for a good deal, especially if you ask for the retention department. Volrog

Hey Mike I too got new lnb's, cables, and connectors when I upgraded from the 3 LNB dish to the AT9. It was definately a bad dish, lnb issue. I'd have them swap it out and get me a new AT9, your troubles will be over.

Charper1 The dish in a WNC, the lnb's have model #'s of FW2 and FW9. I'll recheck tomorrow, it was dark and I was up on the ladder with a flashlight in one hand. I did accomplish goal #1, didn't get hurt. Volrog

Charper1 It may have been the Cal Amp dish. It was worthless from 7 PM to 10 AM. The new one has worked perfectly.

I upgraded to an AT9 dish this week. Already had the H-20. I need some help on this one. The 101 works fine all day until 7:00 PM Central time, then the signal strength drops to zero. All the rest of the sats. come in and I can watch the HD stuff off of 119. Around 10 AM, 101 comes back on...

Charper, I haven't tried the retention route yet. I will if I have too but since I get all the Nashville HD's crystal clear with my OTA, there is no real urgency. D*'s policy has always been to lean toward the new customer. We may not like that, but from a business view it makes sense.

The H-20's are in stock at the Nashville Best Buy stores. Does this mean that the Nashville MPEG-4 DTV Local rollout is about to begin very soon? They also have some H-10's they are trying to sell.
