I read on here that if you were connected to ethernet and phone, it wouldn't let you access customer service thru phone line. That's what was happening to me, I would get the error message. I disconnected the ethernet cable, did a soft reboot, and was able to connect thru the phone line.

Prime Service did my install, HD upgrade, and have been here on a few service calls. I don't know what they are like to work for, but the guys they sent have been excellent. They do it once and do it right, and have worked for them for a few years.
