I have the same problem occasionally -- as you stated it looks like restarting is the only thing that fixes it. It actually looks like TT starts switching between two channels and stays on the "off" channel just long enough to stop all recording. LEs

I'm still recording Albums -- since this comes from "online" maybe something happend kill the online session, and TT didn't update the display to show you offline. Les

I you record using a compatiable radio, it will split more or less into songs. It's actually fairly good at it as long as the DJ's don't walk on the begining/end of the song.

At what point does the signal strength effect the quality of the recording?? I'm wondering if I should buy a external antenna, I typically get between 30-60% signal on satellite #2 and !6% on #1. With the signal being digital is it a binary thing on quality, or ???? Thanks for helping out...

FWIW I switched to McAfee and now don't have the problem with the XMO104 errors.

If you ignore the online/only -- let it still phone home. You already have a hardware key in the interface device to either XM or Sirus Radio. Why not shutdown if you can't make connection with the hardware. Then don't sell the hardware without accompaning software. That way everone is happy...

The error message could be better, just shutting down is not very friendly.

I'm getting a shutdown code 117 - ~ 10 seconds after the channels finish loading. Then the screen goes away and comes back after a few seconds, stay on for a few seconds, then exits again. I tried to enter a support call but couldn't log in :( Les

The router is the Fry's brand Airlink AR525w. I went back to my old linksys. I still have to turn off NIS until recast logs into XM, then turn it back on. If I don't, I get the XMO104 errors discussed on another thread here. (XM Online works fine with NIS - so you must be doing something...

Actually it turned out to be an interaction between NIS and a new router I got the other day. Went back to my linksys and I can now have NIS working and connet to XM at the same time.....

That does work... But timetrax was already listed in the firewall, Is there a way to get it working without turning off NIS -- BTW I'm thinking of changing to McAfee if that works better with your product. Thanks for the quick responce. Les

I keep getting and getting notices that my online password is incorrect. The messages keep comming (>100 if you let it) until I clear the email and password fields. I can log on to the XMRadio site with no problems with the same username and password --- are there forbidden characters...
