Have two 942s (1 leased, 1 owned) w/ AT60, old HD, Voom & Locals. If I replace the leased unit with a purchased one, can I drop AT60 and subscribe to only old Hd Pak ($15), Voom ($5) and Locals ($6) = $21?

NO PBS-HD from Dish Correct. Also, you will not get any program information for PBS-HD - and thus, not be able to record any program on the station from the Guide even though you will be paying a monthly fee for 'locals' and an additional monthly (PVR) fee for guide/recording service.

This thread addresses PBS-HD; E* failure to carry the channel, and more importantly, E* blocking of OTA guide data for the channel. No one claimed they can't view the channel OTA.
