That doesn't sound right. I have used the search function to find programs in the guide. Not sure why yours isn't working. I would double check it, but just had my 922 replaced with a Hopper.

Just got my first disc and it arrived broken. Not off to a good start. I see no way to report the disc broken. In my queue under disc problem, there is nothing to choose from. Am I missing something?

Could I buy two Hoppers and have them installed by myself, or a local installer with no problem? I assume that I can't just switch a 722 and 922 with two Hoppers as I would need a duo node? Don't really care about the Hoppers seeing each other.

I was able to get the Roku and either $35 credit or $10 month for 12 months. Took the 12 months. I am also currently getting $10 month off, so looks like you can get both.

I got my replacement thanks to MattG, and it seems to be working fine. Very happy with how quickly the replacement 922 arrived.
