    211 vs 811

    See what the downer is for me this new 211 has a digital output for audio and not RCA outputs and my bose s.s. dosent have a digital in :( . I run the hdmi cable to my tv and the old 811 had RCA audio out puts which i ran directly to my inputs of my bose system. Oh well guess its time to upgrade...

    211 vs 811

    Just got my new vip211 from dish..they were very helpful on activation. The only problem I have is the lack of inputs and outputs on the 211. It was nice having things run through my 811 which can not run through the 211. But overall the 211 blows away the 811

    Vip211 upgradr from 811

    Called Dish and they said I have to wait until Feb. 1st to call in. I have read that some people on here contacted dish and there sending out a vip211. I have talked to Tech Support and they are so confused about everything. Any suggestions on what the next step should be? Better to lease or Buy?

    811 to VIP211 upgrade.

    Dish Networks tech Dept. is a total bunch of non knowing idiots. I just called today and they said I am able for the upgrade, But they couldnt tell me if they would be sending out a 811,411,or the vip211. They seem like they know nothing about anything. Any help would be great
