    Well I finally got my "I" adapter and installed my D500 for the 129 bird yesterday. I'm getting a 20 point increase over the D1000. Reading low 80's now, even on transponder 30. :D It was well worth the trouble. Now I'll peak my D1000 again for just the 110 & 119.

    I almost freaked when I first saw the guide on mine. When I bought my TV three years ago I spent HOURS adjusting the over-scan and geometry to get it as perfect as I could. I was thinking "Oh no, not again!":D

    I sure hope it fixes the bottom line being cut off in my Guide. Other than that, my 622 has been perfect. Hope a software update doesn't "cause" any problems.

    Sad farewell to DISH

    My cable company (Bresnan) has "0" HD channels. They told me the WHOLE system has to be rebuilt before they can carry HD. They said "6 to 10 years" Looks like I'll be enjoying my 622 for a good long while:D

    If I'm using an "I" adapter on a Dish500, would "skew" be used at all? I thought it would be just put at "0" for a single satt.?

    Ok, I didn't think it mattered as long as it wasn't a spotbeam. Then I get: 110 - 82 119 - 85 129 - 62 The only difference is 110 is closer to 119.
