Hi Randall, He just installed the receiver. Nothing else was cfhanged. I edited my post to give more information. Have now done hard reboot and will see wht happens. I still have 3 hours before the installation company closes. I will try your sugggestion if it shuts down again. Thaks.

Here's an update on my installation. The installer did not have a work order to install the Dish 1000.2 because I am currently using 61.5 in my 2 dish setup. He left my two dishes in place and just hooked up the 211 to my cables and my programming came on. He left. Ten minutes later...

Thanks for the important information and for the info you sent me in the PMs. I just went out to look at the 61.5 dish. It seems that all I would have to do is remove one screw on the underside and slide it off to swap out the lnb if I had to do it myself. Is this correct? Shelly
