There was a DNS update put out a while ago about this problem. Just like bhelms said the update said that the connection to the board was underbuilt and that on installs we ( techs) are to use component not hdmi.

So DNS is standardizing everything when it comes to a installation. I say it's about time. This will fix so many problems that are posted on this site. This will weed out the bad techs that cut corners. It was getting way out of control.
