Is the game on an alternate channel right now??

My friend has DISH but no HD package. He bought an HDTV this weekend. If I bring my 811 over to his house can we watch HD? It will see my Smart card and use my package settings right?

Sorry dumb question, but what is this channel? Is anything ever on here? It is listed as NBA-HD?

What SAT is CBS HD on and what angle does the dish need to point to?

I currently have a Zenith Silver Senso (sitting on the end table) which works great for me, for NBC, ABC. FOX, WGN...all my locals EXCEPT CBS becasue they are in the UHF band in my area (Chicago). I can get the waiver for the CBS HD feed from New York but thats a pain, more Dish's etc...does...

But do we currently or are there plans for us to get the Comcast Sports Channel in the Chicago Area? Or will this never happen since the channel is run by the enemy?

I seem to have a lot of times when my audio is not in time with the peoples lips moving, does anyone else notice this? Right now Good Burger on HBO HD is like this, is there anyway to fix this problem? Is the problem on my end or is it the broadcast?

Can someone explain to me why local digital cable providers such as Comcast can have CBS, ABC, FOX etc.. in HD, yet with DISH you have to get them OTA? Why does DISH not have local channels in HD? Is this a legal issue or are they coming?
