Since I switched to HD Silver my channel guide on the 211 has left me only showing HD channels line up on 2 occasions. What gives? I have turned reciever off for 30min. and back on and still stuck on HD lineup. It wasn't till about an hour or so later that the guide started showing all channels...

well installer just left and WOW, great picture. He hooked up a 2 dish setup, he said that his company is required to use 2 dish's, good for me:) Now time to check this HD out. Oh by the way, ViP211 didnt come with HDMI cable. Should I get one to use? Thanks to all for your input on this.

will I have to make adjustments to the tv with HD? I know on this LG I have, you can make all different adjustments for screen size. Here is the model I have. LG 42PC3DV

well its Saturday. Waiting to get HD'd. Sure hope I dont run into any problems with HD like so many others here have. Never recieved a confirmation call from the installer, hope he makes it today. Is scheduled for 8-12.

Some of the houses around here I have noticed them having the DISH1000 without having an extra dish. I tried calling the installer who put up the first dish, but got voice mail, hopefully he will call me back before Saturday.

Just got HD Silver with 211 reciever and $20 off for next 10 months. Also no charge for the 211 upgrade. All from the help of Matt Kliewer at ECHO. Will be hooked up Sat morn. I sure hope this HD is good. Thanks for the help Poke.
