lmao i second this question...even if he had a 1000 nic card, them speeds are not accurate. 10 Mbps speeds averages about 1.3 MB/sec. and so on.

averages on the highest is 1.3 MB/sec depending on site.

not saying ur not correct, but i do see em working in other spots..so it cant just b that. usually they have this payed off ahead of time. so there has got to be another reason. if they would have moved their butts faster/earlier they would have made all da money they'd like.
