Currently I have a Dish 500 with a legacy twin lnb pointed at 110&119 and a dish 300 with a dual LNB pointed at 61.5. I'm using (2) sw21's to add the 61.5 dish. This setup works great on my 501 but my 311 fails the switch test and gets nothing. I've been reading that the 301 and the 311 won't...

My 501 has been doing the same thing. When I called Dish they told me to turn it off with the remote and unplug it, well that was after they kept asking me if the recordings were protected or if someone else could have deleted them.

I had the same thing happen. I paid $11.99 for distants with Super Stations. I called them and had them remove them and of course they charged me $5. It was fine when it was an extra $2 with the $9.99 DNS package but $5.99 is too much for those crummy channels.
