I just got off the phone and the deal for me was $199 for an upgrade from 942 to 622 (I lease) but they are only giving a $100 trade-in for the old 942. So it is still $99 that I have to pay. Sigh... They just make it sound more attractive now. Well I only have $199 charged on my credit card...

I had the same problem and a warm reboot (no unplug) fixed it. I just thought I would add one more strange characteristic. It made the component outputs from the Voom box "stuttery" into my DVD recorder (the DVI output of the Voom box goes to my HDTV). There was no distortion on the DVI...

I have the KF-50WE610 and the red button does work using DVI. The only problem that I have is that when I set it to native mode I get snow (sometimes) when changing channels. For that reason I just always leave it in 1080i mode.
